Materials, described piece by piece
Our collection includes freshwater pearls, natural gemstones and sterling silver details. Read each product’s material, size and care information before ordering. Cultured pearls and natural stones can vary in shape, tone and surface character.
Personalization, included
Our current jewelry collection offers an optional engraved silver tag at no extra charge. Choose one of five lettering styles and enter up to 10 characters, including letters, numbers, spaces and symbols. We engrave capitalization as entered.
Sizing and preparation
Listed necklace and bracelet lengths are finished jewelry lengths. Use our size guide before choosing. Production takes 2 business days.
Delivery within the United States
We currently ship to US addresses only. Standard shipping is $7.99, or free on orders of $150 or more after discounts, with estimated transit of 5–7 business days after shipment. Express is $24.90, with estimated transit of 3–5 business days after shipment. See our shipping policy for details.

What kind of pearls does Psyours use?
We use genuine cultured freshwater pearls. Pearls are an organic gemstone, so each one varies slightly in shape, size and luster.
What metal is Psyours jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is made with nickel-free 925 sterling silver. Gold-colored pieces are 18K gold plated over 925 sterling silver, and two of our rings are 18K gold vermeil. Each product page lists its exact materials.
Is engraving free?
Yes. Many pieces offer an optional engraved silver tag at no extra charge. Enter up to 10 characters and choose one of five lettering styles.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2 business days, including engraving. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after shipment and costs $7.99, or is free on orders of $150 or more. Express shipping takes 3–5 business days after shipment and costs $24.90.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Shipping to Canada and Europe is coming soon.
What is your return policy?
Unworn, unpersonalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Engraved and custom-made items can't be returned for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
