Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Processing time begins after your order is confirmed and does not include weekends or holidays. Delivery estimates begin when the order has shipped.
United States Shipping
Standard Shipping is $15 USD for orders under $80 USD. Orders of $80 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after your order ships.
Canada Shipping
Standard International Shipping is $20 USD for all orders. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after your order ships.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
Import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other taxes are not included in the product price or shipping charge. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by local customs authorities or the shipping carrier before or upon delivery. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about international shipping.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
Delivery Estimates and Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
