Jewelry is meant to be worn, and sometimes it needs care. If your Psyours piece has an issue, we will review it fairly and explain the available next steps.

Request an assessment

Please contact us with your order number, clear photographs, and a short description of what happened. If the piece was a gift, include any purchaser or order details you have.

Repair availability, timing, and cost depend on the material, construction, age, condition, and nature of the damage. Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, and work performed by another jeweler may not qualify for complimentary service.

Do not send jewelry before receiving return instructions from us.
